S.L. 327.392 Art. 3Selection of applicants.

Whenever the number of students that may be admitted to the Community Nursing and Mental Health Nursing areas of study in terms of bye-law 5 is limited by Senate in terms of the provisions of bye-law 10 of the Bye-Laws of 2005 for the Bachelor of Science (Honours), and the number of eligible applicants exceeds the number of places in the course, the selection of applicants shall be made according to the criteria listed in bye-law 4 of these bye-laws.
