S.L. 327.410 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1)These bye-laws may be cited as the Bye-Laws for the degree of Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Earth Systems - B.Sc.

(Hons) - under the auspices of the Institute of Earth Systems.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Board" means the Board of the Institute of Earth Systems;

"the Course" means the programme of study leading to the degree ofBachelor of Science (Honours) in Earth Systems - B.Sc. (Hons); "the Degree" means the degree of Bachelor of Science (Honours) in EarthSystems - B.Sc. (Hons); "the Diploma" means the Diploma in Earth Systems;

"the Higher Diploma" means the Higher Diploma in Earth Systems; and

"the Principal Regulations" means the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards, 2019.
