S.L. 327.437 Art. 20Granting of awards.

(1) Awards shall be granted at a public ceremony or, with the consent of the Board of Governors, at a private ceremony or in absentia.

(2) A candidate shall be eligible for an award of the Academy only after certification by the Director that all the conditions provided by the relevant guidelines of the Academy have been fulfilled, and insofar as all other obligations and responsibilities of the candidate towards the Academy have also been satisfied.

(3) No person may be considered as holding an award of the Academy unless such award has been conferred as prescribed in sub-article (1).
