S.L. 327.437 Art. 25Fees and stipends.

In accordance with the provisions of article 126 of the Act, the Minister, upon being so advised by the Board of Governors, may:

(a) prescribe by regulations the fees to be charged for examinations and special courses and the fees to be paid by students who are not Maltese citizens;

(b) exempt any person from the payment of such fees; and

(c) determine rates of maintenance grants or stipends payable to learners within the Academy and impose conditions for the payment of such.
