S.L. 327.443 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the

Diploma in Gozo Studies under the auspices of the Institute of Islands and Small States.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Board" means the Board of the Institute for Islands and Small States; "the Board of Studies" means the Board of Studies appointed by Senate for the Course, on the recommendation of the Board; "the course" means the programme of study leading to the Diploma in Gozo Studies; and "the Diploma" means the Diploma in Gozo Studies.
