S.L. 327.520 Art. 6Governance.

The Centre shall be governed by a Board that shall consist of the following:

(i) Chairman: Rector or his delegate;

(ii) Vice-Chairman: Director of the Centre;

(iii) a member appointed by the University of Malta Council;

(iv) two members appointed by the University of Malta Senate;

(v) two members appointed by the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;

(vi) one student representative registered on a course Board.
