S.L. 327.535 Art. 12Notification of outcome of proceedings.

The Rector shall notify the Student of the outcome of the proceedings as soon as possible, but in any case not later than seven

(7) working days from the date in which the report is received by the Rector, provided that where the Rector refers the report of the Committee to Senate in the manner provided in regulation 16, the time period specified in this sub-regulation shall be taken to mean seven (7) working days from the date in which Senate communicates its decision to the Rector.
