(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the

Degree of Doctor of Philosophy - Ph.D. - under the auspices of The Edward de Bono Institute for the Design and Development of Thinking.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -

"the Board" means the Board of The Edward de Bono Institute for the Design and Development of Thinking;

"the Degree" means the degree of Doctor of Philosophy; "the Institute" means The Edward de Bono Institute for the Design and Development of Thinking; and "the Principal Regulations" means the Doctor of Philosophy -
