S.L. 327.555 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the

Higher Diploma in Aviation - H.Dip. - under the auspices of the Institute of Aerospace Technologies.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Board" means the Board of the Institute of Aerospace Technologies; "the Board of Studies" means the Board of Studies appointed by Senate for the course, on the recommendation of the Board; "the Certificate" means the Certificate in Aviation; "the course" means the programme of study leading to the Higher Diploma in Aviation - H.Dip.; "the Diploma" means the Diploma in Aviation; and

"the Higher Diploma" means the Higher Diploma in Aviation -H. Dip.
