S.L. 327.555 Art. 5Course programme.

(1) The course shall comprise taught study-units to which a total of 90 ECTS credits shall be assigned.

*These bye-laws have been repealed by Legal Notice 185 of 2022.

(2) Students who successfully complete a prescribed set of study-units totalling 30 ECTS credits and opt not to proceed with the course, or having proceeded do not successfully complete the course, shall be entitled to the Certificate.

(3) Students who successfully complete a prescribed set of study-units totalling 60 ECTS credits and opt not to proceed with the course, or having proceeded do not successfully complete the course, shall be entitled to the Diploma.

(4) Students shall be eligible for the award of the Higher Diploma if they obtain the 90 ECTS credits as outlined in the programme of study for the course.
