S.L. 327.560 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the

Diploma in Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship - Dip. CIE - under the auspices of The Edward de Bono Institute for the Design and Development of Thinking.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -

"the Board" means the Board of The Edward de Bono Institute for the Design and Development of Thinking;

"the Certificate" means the Certificate in Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship - Cert. CIE;

"the course" means the programme of study leading to the Diploma in Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship - Dip. CIE; and "the Diploma" means the Diploma in Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship - Dip. CIE.
