S.L. 327.568 Art. 1Citation and Interpretation.

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Malta University Debating Union (MUDU) Regulations.

(2) In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, the terms used shall be taken to mean as indicated hereunder, and the plural thereof shall be construed accordingly:

"MUDU" means the Malta University Debating Union; "Student" means a student enrolled on a course provided by the University; "Staff" means any member of staff appointed by Council; and "University" means the University of Malta.
