S.L. 327.575 Art. 1Citation and Interpretation.

(1) These bye-laws may be cited as the Bye-Laws in terms of the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards, for the degree of Bachelor of Music (Honours) - B.Mus. (Hons) -under the auspices of the School of Performing Arts.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -

“the Board” means the Board of the School of Performing Arts;

“the Course” means the programme of study leading to the degree of Bachelor of Music (Honours) - B.Mus. (Hons);

“the Degree” means the degree of Bachelor of Music (Honours) -B.Mus. (Hons);

“the Diploma” means the Diploma in Music - Dip. Mus.; and

“the Principal Regulations” means the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards, 2004.
