S.L. 327.58 Art. 9

(1) In paragraphs 1.5 and 1.9 of the Financial Rules, the references to the Director General of Education shall be read and construed as references to the Board.

(2) Paragraph 1.8 of the Financial Rules shall apply to items which had not been acquired by the Junior College or by the College Council through the Education Department or through the University and in the same paragraph for the words "(vide Inventory Regulations 5.1)" there shall be substituted the words "of the University" for the purposes of this Schedule.

(3) In paragraph 1.9 of the Financial Rules, the references to the Director General of Education shall be read and construed as references to the Board.
