S.L. 327.597 Art. 6Governance.

The Centre shall be governed by a Board that shall consist of the following:

(i) Chairman: Rector or delegate;

(ii) Vice-Chairman: Director of the Centre;

(iii) a person appointed by the Council of the University;

(iv) up to six Resident Academics having backgrounds relevant to the work of the Centre, appointed by the Senate of the University;

(v) up to two representatives elected by and from the students registered within the Centre; and

(vi) up to five persons possessing expertise and experience in the field of DLTs and related technologies, to be recommended by the Board and approved by Senate.
