S.L. 327.633 Art. 88Special Provisions for Part-Time Courses and Courses commencing in February.

(1) A Board may, from time to time, offer students the opportunity to follow a Course on a part-time basis in Areas of Study which shall be indicated before the commencement of each Course.

(2) The provisions of the foregoing regulations shall apply to Courses followed on a part-time basis and to mutatis mutandis Courses commencing at the beginning of the second semester and subject to such changes as may reasonably be deemed necessary by the Board due to the part-time nature of the Course or due to the Course having commenced at the beginning of the second semester. Certain changes that emanate from the inclusion of a flexible part-time programme as determined by the Board, may not be applicable to specific provisions in these regulations due to the flexible part-time nature of the programme.
