Wherever in any Bye-laws made under the Education Act

(Cap. 327) there is a reference to “Doctor of Philosophy - Ph.D. -Degree Regulations, 2008”, that reference shall be substituted by the words “Doctor of Philosophy - Ph.D. - Degree Regulations, 2023.”
