S.L. 33.3 Art. 12AConditions for testing and trial of sample fireworks.

(1) The conditions stipulated in regulation 12, excluding f, paragraph (c) thereo shall mutatis mutandis apply to any person who applies for a licence to discharge fireworks as provided for in article 24 of the Ordinance, with a view to test or make a trial of a sample of fireworks manufactured.

(2) No more than four articles may be discharged for testing or trial purposes in anyone day.

(3) Notwithstanding the provisions of regulation 12(a), fireworks shall be discharged for the purpose of testing or trial only during the times specified in the licence, which shall be between 11.00 a.m and 12.00 p.m (noon), or starting from not later than one (1) hour after sunset for a period of not longer than one (1) hour.
