S.L. 330.12 Art. 8Right of Appeal. Cap. 330. Cap. 345.

Subject to the provisions of the Acts, any person in respect of whom a decision is taken by the competent authority under these regulations may appeal to the Financial Services Tribunal in terms of article 21 of the Malta Financial Services Act and article 42

of the Financial Markets Act and Part VI of the Financial Markets

Act shall apply to appeals that may be brought mutatis mutandis before the Tribunal under this regulation.
