S.L. 330.7 Art. 21Delegation of powers of the competent authority.

The competent authority may in writing authorise a public or other officer to perform any of its functions in relation to the enforcement of these regulations or exercise any power granted to it under these provisions. Any such officer shall when required, produce the written authorisation signed by the competent authority.
