Nothing in these regulations shall prejudice or limit the exercise of the powers of the competent authority to take administrative measures or impose penalties under the Investment

Services Act, the Banking Act, the Financial Markets Act, the

Financial Institutions Act, the Insurance Business Act and the

Insurance Brokers and other Intermediaries Act, against a licensed or authorized person who has contravened any of these regulations or has failed to satisfy or comply with any obligation or condition to which he may be subject under any of these Acts.
