The Trustees of the trust known as the University Research, Innovation and Development Trust established by the Prime Minister in exercise of his powers under article 131 of the Education Act shall be exempt from the requirements of articles 43 and 43A of the Trusts and Trustees Act in accordance with article 57(1)(g) of the Trusts and Trustees Act.
