S.L. 342.1 Art. 11Minister’s powers.

(1) An auctioneer shall furnish any information requested by the Minister within a period of fifteen days from the date of service of a written request upon an auctioneer to that effect.

(2) The Minister shall have the right to inspect all books of accounts, documents and other records kept by an auctioneer in his premises or elsewhere.
