Upon the coming into force of Title IVa of MiFIR, these regulations shall be construed and applied in accordance therewith and, insofar as the provisions of these regulations are inconsistent with the provisions of the said MiFIR, the provisions of MiFIR

shall prevail and the provisions of these regulations shall not apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
