S.L. 36.2 Art. 2Prohibition of accumulation of rags, etc.

The owner or occupier of any land, dwelling or other building shall not keep or allow to be kept on them any accumulation of rags, tins, boxes, bottles and other articles that may afford harbourage for rats, and shall take reasonable and proper precautions to prevent such dwelling or other building becoming infested by rats.
