S.L. 363.1 Art. 19Bank accounts.

(1) The Secretary shall, with the approval of the Council, make all arrangements and agreements with the Council’s bankers and shall operate such bank accounts as he considers necessary.

(2) Accounts shall only be held with banks approved by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister responsible for finance.

(3) Bank accounts shall not he used for personal matters.
