S.L. 363.10 Art. 4Criteria to be adopted.

(1) A Local Council or a Street Naming Committee, as the case may be, shall not submit a recommendation for the alteration of the name of any street within any locality or of any road or area specified in regulation 3 unless a valid reason for such change subsists.

(2) The naming or renaming of streets, roads and any other specified area after persons may only take place after their decease.
