S.L. 363.128 Art. 4Penalty.

Any person who is found loitering in St. Luke Square, Pietà or in the vicinity thereof, shall be guilty of a contravention and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (ammenda) of sixty-nine euro and eighty-eight cents (69.88).
