S.L. 363.133 Art. 3Description.

The property in the locality of Ker`em referred to in article 2 of the order consists of site in Triq Wenzu Mintoff, Ker`em, as shown bordered on plan P.D.2005_100 attached to the Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of Government Property in Ker`em, by the Ker`em Local Council, signed by the Director Land on behalf of the Government of Malta and by the Mayor and the Executive Secretary of the Ker`em Local Council on the 25th February, 2007.
