In these Bye-Laws, unless the context otherwise requires: "Act" means the Local Government Act;

"the Council" means the M[arr Local Council;

"sand" means the sand at {nejna Bay as shaded in the attached site plan;

"tent" includes all type of tents of any fabric or canvas, camps or any temporary structure and excludes umbrellas;

"vehicle" means any motor vehicle, any two, three or four wheeled vehicle or trailer used for the carriage of boats and any other moving object and any caravan.
