The property in the locality of Fontana, Gozo, referred to in article 2 consists of site off Triq tal-G]ajn, Fontana, Gozo, as shown bordered in red on Plan P.D.2007_508 attached to Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of site off Triq tal-G]ajn, Fontana, Gozo, by the Fontana Local Council, signed by the Assistant Director Land on behalf of the Government of Malta and the Mayor and the Deputy Executive Secretary of the Fontana, Local Council on the the 31st January, 2008.
