S.L. 363.143 Art. 5Penalties.

Any person who acts in contravention of any provisions of these Bye-Laws or who contravenes any conditions imposed in a permit granted in terms of these Bye-Laws shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (ammenda)of not less than one hundred euro (€100) and not more than five hundred euro (€500). SEVENTH SCHEDULE (Bye- Law 4.4)

The fees to be paid for a permit to be issued under these Bye Laws shall be as follows:

during which outdoor cooking would be held €5

which an activity would be held when it would be foreseen that the activity by more than fifteen persons. €10

which an activity would be held when it would be foreseen that the activity by more then fifty persons €15

which an activity would be held when it would be foreseen that the activity by more than one hundred persons. €50

activity is organised by a Voluntary Organisation as defined by the Voluntary Act NIL.
