S.L. 363.150 Art. 8Board decisions to be communicated to the Director.

(1) The decision of the Board together with the recommendation on the action to be taken shall be communicated to the Director.

(2) The Director may also request a clarification from the Board before any action is taken.

Form of oath to be taken by the members and the Secretary on the Board of Local Governance
