S.L. 363.157 Art. 4Abandoned immovable property. Penalty.

The owners of immovable property situated within the locality and which is abandoned shall ensure that the said property be sealed in such a manner that no pigeons can go in or make their nest therein. 5.1. Any person who fails to comply with any of the provisions of these Bye-Laws shall be deemed to have committed a contravention, and shall, on conviction, be liable, unless a higher penalty is applicable under any other law: 5.1.1 for a first contravention, to a fine (ammenda) of forty-six euro (€46); 5.1.2 for a second or subsequent contravention, to a fine (ammenda) of seventy euro (€70); and 5.1.3 in the case of a continuing contravention, to a fine (ammenda) of twelve euro (€12) for each day that the contravention continues.
