S.L. 363.160 Art. 5Election of Deputy Chairman.

(1) The Committee shall during its first meeting elect from amongst its members a Deputy Chairman.

(2) If the Chairman of the Region is unable to attend a meeting of the Region or an official activity for which he has been invited, he shall delegate the Vice Chairman and if he is also unable to attend, delegate any one of the members of the Regional Committee to preside over the meeting or to attend the activity in his stead.
