The title of these Bye-Laws is the Rental of Garages in

Civic Centre (Ta’ Kerċem Local Council) Bye-Laws. 2.1 In these Bye-Laws unless the context otherwise requires -

"Act" means the Local Government Act; "tenant" means any signatory who is renting the garage; "the Council" means the Ta’ Kerċem Local Council;

"owner’’ means the Ta’ Kerċem Local Council. 2.2 In these Bye-Laws, any expression which is defined in the Act shall have the same meaning as is assigned to it in the Act.
