S.L. 363.167 Art. 4Upgrading of premises. Call for tender. Validity of contract.

The lessee shall be solely responsible to pay for expenses of any nature related to upgrading or maintenance of the premises and any such upgrading or maintenance remains in the property to the benefit of the lessor, who shall not be bound to reimburse the lessee for such expenses incurred. 5.1 These garages shall only be rented after a public call for tenders. 5.2 The contract mentioned in bye-law 3 is valid for a period of five (5) years. After these five (5) years, another call for tenders shall be issued.
