S.L. 363.196 Art. 8Authorisation free of charge.

The Council may, in terms of these Bye-Laws, give an authorisation free of charge, to voluntary or philanthropic organisations or other organisations which operate from the locality, after they have made a request in writing to advertise activities or appeals to the public.
