S.L. 363.79 Art. 4Responsibility for arterial and distributor roads, etc.

In terms of article 33(2) of the Act, the responsibility for arterial and distributor roads and the items shown in the Schedule is being delegated to Local Councils solely for the purposes provided for in article 3 of this Order: Provided that the delegation for the arterial and distributor roads mentioned above should not exclude concurrent central government authority to replace bus shelters as necessary when required.
