S.L. 363.88 Art. 3Description.

The property in the locality of Safi referred to in article 2

consists as follows:

(a) Sir Alexander Ball Gardens, shown edged in red on plan L.D. 73/96 attached to the Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of Sir Alexander Ball garden at Safi by the Safi Local Council signed on the 10th March, 1999;

(b) Safi Council’s Administrative Offices shown edged in red on plan L.D. 108/97 attached to the Lease Agreement relating to property at Triq l-Iskola, Safi, signed on the 1st November, 1995;

(c) Football Ground (synthetic football pitch), shown bordered red and is indicated as Football Ground

(Sand) on plan P.D. No 133/2000 attached to the Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of Government Property by the Safi Local Council signed on the 15th February, 2001.
