S.L. 364.10 Art. 3Concessionary rate under article 40 of the Duty on Documents and Transfers Act.

On the acquisition of immovable property by an emphyteutical grant for a period exceeding fifty years the duty chargeable under the Duty on Documents and Transfers Act on the first three thousand and four hundred and ninety-four euro and six cents (3,494.06) of the yearly groundrent shall be reckoned at fifty per centum of the rates of duty applicable.
