S.L. 365.20 Art. 10Proceedings in respect of any other law.
Where the facts constituting a breach of any of the above provisions also constitute a breach of any other law prohibited by the particular regulations, proceedings shall not be taken in respect of the breach of the regulations hereabove, but only in respect of the breach of the other law.
