(1) The title of these regulations is the Investment Services

Act (Supervisory Review) Regulations, 2013.

(2) The purpose of these regulations is to transpose articles 3 (in part), 4(1), 6, 7, 50, 52, 53(2), 56, 57, 58(1), 58 (3), 59, 60, 61, 74(4), 75(1), 75(3), 77(2), 78(2), 78(3), 78(4), 78(5), 86(3), 91(6), 91(11), 97, 98, 99, 100 to 105 inclusive, 107, 110, 143, 144, 151, 157, 159, 159a of the CRD.
