S.L. 370.15 Art. 25Benchmarking of diversity practices by the competent authority.

The competent authority shall collect the information disclosed in accordance with Article 435(2)(c) of the CRR and shall use it to benchmark diversity practices. The competent authority shall provide that information to the EBA.
