S.L. 370.19 Art. 17Confirmation that transfer of assets and liabilities is complete.

The management company of a Maltese UCITS that is a receiving UCITS shall confirm to the depositary of the said receiving UCITS that transfer of assets and liabilities is complete.

Where no management company has been appointed, the said receiving UCITS shall give such confirmation directly to its depositary.
