S.L. 370.32 Art. 15Applicability of Part 3.

(1) This Part shall apply exclusively to depositaries of

UCITS.

(2) The depositary of a Maltese UCITS shall also be guided by the provisions prescribed in the Investment Services Rules for Investment Services Providers applicable to depositaries.
