For purposes of this Part:

"professional investor" shall be construed as a reference to the investor category, in relation to Notified PIFs, as defined in Investment Services Rules issued by the competent authority pursuant to regulation 25.

"qualifying investor" shall be construed as a reference to the investor category, in relation to Notified PIFs, as defined in Investment Services Rules issued by the competent authority pursuant to regulation 25.
