S.L. 370.34 Art. 23Offering Memorandum of the Notified PIF.

(1) Notified PIFs shall be exempt from obtaining the approval of the competent authority in terms of article 11(1)(a) of the

Act.

(2) The exemption provided in sub-regulation (1) shall also be applicable to any amendments to the Offering Memorandum of a Notified PIF.
