For the purposes of this Part:

"professional investor" shall be construed as a reference to the investor category, in relation to Notified AIFs, as defined in Investment Services Rules issued pursuant to regulation 8(3);

"qualifying investor" shall be construed as a reference to the investor category, in relation to Notfied AIFs, as defined in Investment Services Rules issued pursuant to regulation 8(3)
