S.L. 370.42 Art. 1Citation, scope.
(1) The title of these regulations is the Investment
Services Act (Tied Agents) Regulations.
(2) The objective of these regulations is to implement Article 29 of MiFID, as herein defined, and they shall be interpreted and applied accordingly.
